Hythe & Dymchurch Railway Romney 1927
Opened in 1927 as part of the vision of motor racing engineers, Captain J.E.P. Howey and Count Louis Zborowski, though Zborowski died before a site was picked. Originally ran from New Romney to Hythe but extended to Dymchurch. From 1926-78 it held the title of Smallest Public Railway in the world.
