c. 1908 - E. N. V. Motor Syndicate Limited is formed.

1914 - E. N. V. Motor Syndicate Limited ceases to manufacture aero engines. From this point on, the company specialises in engine gear wheel manufacture.

c.1920 - company name changes to E.N.V. Engineering Company Limited. As such, they continue to specialise in engine gear wheel manufacture.
