'Mill Hill Infuser', designed by Dr. John Pickup, Professor Harry Keen and Dr. John Parsons at the National Institute for Medical Research, Mill Hill and Guy's Hospital, London, England, 1976. The first portable insulin pump for treating diabetics, battery driven to supply insulin under the skin at a variety of controlled rates (see note).

Agfa Movex S Automatic Super 8 cine camera, 1966-68. Takes CK-17 Super 8 Agfa colour film. Agfa Movexar lens F:13, f/2.4. This is an example of the first Agfa Super 8 Camera. With a body of plastic, it is electrically-driven, with a single speed of 18 frames/second and has automatic exposure control.

Electric motor drive. This camera was in production from 1966-1968. The followed on from the Mini of 1966-1967. The only difference seems to have been the lens.

The first orangutan to be born at London Zoo. Original caption reads: No orangutan has ever been successfully reared in the British Isles, so London Zoo are taking very special care of the new female baby born to 'Toli' and 'Charlie' last Sunday afternoon. The section in which they live in the Money House is cordoned off to give them seclusion for the first week or two and 'Toli' has taken the question of 'no visitors' into her own hands by disappearing under the cover of her straw bedding. Seven-and-a-half years old 'Toli' came to the Zoo when she was a year old and 'Charlie' arrived when he was three. He was brought back by David Attenborough after a 'Zoo Quest' expedition to Indonesia in 1956. Depicts an electric multiple unit passing a signal box and approaching a signal gantry at dusk, with a steam locomotive hauling a freight train on an adjacent track. Text reads "Colour-light electric signals speed the handling of trains. The British Railways Modernisation Plan provides for a considerable extension to this type of signalling which works automatically or is controlled from all-electric signal boxes".
