Full set of Lowenfeld mosaics ('Standard Box'), consisting of 456 plastic tiles in five different geometric shapes and six primary colours, in a plastic case with removable lid with 'Lowenfeld Mosaics' molded in. Made in U.K, c.2000-2005. Still being sold at time of acquisition. This was a redesign of 2009-27, with different points of attachment for the string cords, so that one could open and close the box without spilling the tiles. Apparently the redesign was an improvement but still didn't solve the problem.

GyneFix IUD with insertion system

GyneFix IUD with insertion system, in box, manufactured by Contrel, Belgium, 2000, distributed by FP Sales Ltd. The IUD consists of a non-biodegradable suture thread on which six copper tubes are threaded and it is inside the insertion apparatus. The implant is frameless, flexible and attaches to the fundus of the uterus. There is also a second tool for insertions. The package within the box is open.

This is a polymer with shear-thickening properties, which stiffens when the goalkeeper punches the ball, providing protection and a solid platform for the punch. The reaction is instantaneous, lasting 10 milliseconds. In that time, the molecules lock together to absorb the impact energy. When the impact is over, the material returns to its flexible state.
