circa 1914
A photochrom postcard entitled 'London: A Morning in Rotten Row', published in 'London In Colour Photography' by The Photochrom Company Limited, London in about 1914. In the 18th century it was a fashionable place for Londoners to be seen, though rarely used today the track is still reserved as a place for horse riding.
