He is sorry not to have been in when Green called. He hopes 'you have bought the Balloon and got it cheap'. This is possibly a reference to the Great Nassau balloon. Hollond was MP for Hastings and financed many balloon flights. He flew with Green and Monck Mason from London to Weilburg in 1837.
