This series contains the administrative papers relating to the development and planning of Impressions Gallery's exhibition programme. There is a file of materials for every exhibition at the gallery since it's opening in 1972. Files contains a mixture of materials including photographs, promotional materials, press releases, CD soundtracks, slides and correspondence.

The materials in this series are ordered chronologically, with files relating to each exhibition hosted at the Impressions Gallery. These boxes were transferred to the National Media Museum in this order and the cataloguing archivist has preserved this system of arrangement.
