An agreement between the London and India Docks Joint Committee and Messrs R. & H. Green Limited to supply a steel twin screw steam tug, dated 31st December 1898. Also included are two specifications, one of the hull and one for the machinery, along with a note relating to the dates of the stages of work on the vessel, later name "Sidar".
