A specification produced by the London and India Docks Company for a steel twin-screw tug boat, dated June 1907. It gives details of the hull and machinery to be produced along with the equipment required to fit it out. There is a handwritten note on the front stating that this referrers to the tug Power, later registered as 148740 Deanbrook, that hit a mine at Tilbury 2nd November 1940.
