Sepia coloured portrait photograph showing an unidentified male subject. He is clean-shaven, wearing an overcoat, white shirt and striped tie. The photograph is affixed to a light pink card background which is branded 'T. Tomlinson Manchester' to the front. To the rear is written 'From the Photographic Studio of Thos. Tomlinson, 28 Crumpsall Terrace, Cheetham Hill, Manchester' and 'This or any other portrait enlarged to order & painted in oil water colors or crayon. Copies may be had at any time'
