Wooden and brass craniometer with various hinged attachments, used by Paul Broca, a pioneering craniologist, probably French, 1840-1880
This craniometer includes various hinged attachments to aid measurement of skull sizes. Probably made in France, it was used by Paul Broca (1824-1880) who was a French surgeon, anthropologist and pioneering craniologist.
