Ernemann Ermanox F.2 rigid miniature camera for plates or cutfilm 4.5 x 6cm. Fitted with an Ernemann Anastimat Ernostar F.2 10cm f.1 lens Serial No 166075, with variable stops F.2 to F.36 in a helical focusing mount. Shutter is a focal plane roller-blind type with speeds 1/20sec to 1/1000sec and T. Cast metal body covered in black Morocco leather. c.1924. Overall (deployed): 110 mm x 120 mm x 105 mm.

This camera was fitted with the largest aperture lens available at the time. This allowed photographs to be taken indoors, in poor light or at night without the need for flash.
