Surma is the main ingredient in this Ayurvedic eye cosmetic. It is used to promote good eye health. It prevents disease and illuminates the eye area to create a traditional cosmetic effect. It also contains high levels of lead. Sustained use can lead to lead poisoning which causes brain damage.
