Cigarette case, silver plated, Great Western Railway, from the Royal Saloon, built for Her Majesty Queen Victoria, 1897, comprises ashtray, match strikers, cigar cutter and cigarette box - moulded Crown on front.

Royal journeys were made comfortable and luxurious through the supply of high quality china, silverware and cut glass for dining and relaxing on the move.
