Coloured lithograph depicting a red brick factory building hovering in the air above a rectangular site alongside a railway line. An arrow points to the ground and the words "Place your works here". London & North Western Railway goods trains pass on the adjacent track. Beyond are fields, and in the distance an industrial town. Additional text reads "Suitable for Factories, Foundries, &c." Text at bottom advises enquirers to contact the Chief Goods Manager. Text in bottom margin reads "Euston Station, Ad-212, McCorquodale & Co. Limited, London. Arthur Watson, General Manager". Format: double royal. Dimensions: 40 x 25 inches, 1016 x 635mm.
