Coloured lithograph depicting Loch Lomond by moonlight, with a village on the shore and a rowing boat on the water. Text at right reads "Shortest Route between London, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Perth & the North of Scotland. Through dining and sleeping cars, lavatory carriages, heated by steam in winter ". At left is a text box listing other Scottish locations served by the route, and at bottom right journey times from London King's Cross station. The illustration is captioned at bottom left "On Loch Lomond". Text in bottom left margin reads "Lithographers Andrew Reid & Co. Ltd., 50 Grey Street, Newcastle-on-Tyne" and at bottom right "Design Regd". Format double royal. Backed.
