Seal matrix, Berks and Hants Extension Railway, steel, dexter, arms and crests of Marquis of Aylesbury who was Chairman of the Company, sinister, arms and crests of the Right Hon. T.H.S.S. Estcourt M.P., who was Deputy-Chairman of the Company, incorporated August 13th 1859, amalgamated with GWR by act of 19th August 1882.
