Model of the English Electric 'Canberra' Jet bomber, scale 1:24. The Canberra was designed as a high altitude medium bomber and was the first jet propelled bomber to enter service with the Royal Air Force. Versions of the aircraft created world altitude records and achieved many notable flights including the first crossing of the Atlantic by a jet aircraft without refuelling.
