2-bladed propeller, Paragon trademark, made by American Propeller and Manufacturing Company, c1910. Believed to be made in Washington DC. Made of laminated ash and pine.

A key part of an aeroplane, experimental propellers like this were designed to make aircraft propulsion as efficient as possible. This propeller was made by the American Propeller and Manufacturing Company, who were the first to mass-produce propellers. By 1918, they were the largest manufacturer of propellers in the US.
