Model, scale 1:24 of launch, for landing troops (c. 1800), fitted to carry a carronade on a sliding carriage, unsigned, British, 1800-1810. The clincher-built launch, which pulls 16 oars, is also fitted with removable seating. This is to enable the launch to carry a carronade on a sliding carriage for use against hostile troops and light field guns ashore.
