Recording Pressure Gauge, G.A. Everett 1873

The feature of this gauge, patented by Mr. G. A. Everett in 1873, is that, in addition to the ordinary indication of the actual pressure, it is made to indicate the number of times a given pressure has been exceeded in the working of the apparatus to which the gauge is fixed, and also the extent to which such pressure has been exceeded.
