Hardback notebook belonging first to Thomas Turner, Driver on the LNER (GN Section), based at Colwick, Nottingham, and then passed to J. H. Potter, driver, in 1962. Contains handwritten notes as an aide memoir on various aspects of working on the railway. Includes notes on signalling, distances between stations, and the crests of the various railway companies.
