Painting, oils, Somerset by Leslie Wilcox, about 1958. Depicts a row of thatched cottages set among rolling green hills. In the foreground is a stone bridge over a stream. A small number of men, women and children wander in the streets admiring the views. In the distance at the end of the street is an octagonal building reminiscent of the yarn market in Dunster, Somerset. Original artwork for a British Railways Western Region poster in the Travel by Train series.
