The Excelsior magazine plate camera. No makers name. Patent number 765. Wooden box camera for 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 plates. RR lens with fixed focus and aperture. Adjustable sector shutter 1-2-3 by screw. T/I release buttons. Reflecting finders - 2- with metal hoods. Plates changed by turning a crank on the top of the camera. Spring-loaded claws transport the plates and there is an automatic counter on the back , numbered from 1-12. It was possibly made in Germany.
