Midas cine camera projector outfit. Combined camera and projector 9.5mm film. Taylor, Taylor and Hobson Cam lens f2.5-16. Electric motor drive on taking hand crank for projecting. 6v battery supply in detachable case. 4.5v 0.3a lamp in a detachable mount that fits inside camera for projection 30i chargers in daylight loading magazines. Focusing and framing controls. Footage indicator. Frame finder No. 5531. With stand projection with rewind arm rheostat for projection lamp. Camera-Projectors Limited.

The Midas camera/projctor was shown at the British Industries Fair in February and March 1934 and originally cost seven guineas. When used as a camera it took 30 feet (9.1m) of 9.5mm film in circular magazines. A small electric motor, could be attached, otherwise it was hand cranked. The processed films could be projected by the same mechanism but turned by hand, and a built-in electric lamp provided the light when the machine was connected to a battery.
