Passpartout Cutting Apparatus
Passepartout cutting apparatus made of a brass base with X mount carrying steel arm with brass blade holder. Blade moves in oval path when arms is rotated. 3 blade positions for normal and bevelled edge cut. With two blade holders and 8 spare blades. Hans Hilsdorf.
