The range of Vest Pocket Kodak cameras were a best selling series made from 1912-1926. This Vest Pocket Autographic Kodak was advertised as the ‘soldier's camera’ during the first world war. The basic version cost $7.50 and around 1,750,000 were sold. On the back of the camera was an area through which notes could be written onto the paper backing of the 127 film.
