Produced by Alexander Korda (1893-1956) and directed by William Cameron Menzies (1896-1957), 'Things To Come' was based on the 1933 novel, 'The Shape of Things To Come' by H G Wells (1866-1946). The film is best known for its spectacular futuristic sets, built at Denham studios, and its musical score composed by Sir Arthur Bliss (1891-1975).
