Glass bottle, light blue opaque colour, and curved shape with more bulbous lower portion than upper portion. The neck is cylindrical and the rim flares out into a rounded shape. The tin base is missing. On one side there is a yellowed square marking, probably from a previously attached adhesive sticker. Small rectangular sticker attached reads "S/178/7". Some staining across the rim of the opening. There are no visible maker's marks though it is presumed British. Bottle is labelled 3295/1939 J.
