Bruce Lacey (b. 1927) is an avant garde artist and inventor, known for his performance art and robotic creations. Pictured behind Mr Lacey is Rosa Bosom, winner of 'The Alternative Miss World', 1985. Rosa was created by Mr Lacey in 1965.
