50x63mm Oval gilt mat with scroll pattern in four corners. Made by Dean & Emerson. Patterend pinchbeck frame. Lacquer back. Dated on paper at back as September 1859. 38x50mm h/s portrait of middle aged woman, wearing dark dress with lace at collar. Related to or same lady as 1990-5036/CA76.
