The Crossley Brothers started making cars in Gorton in 1904 and in 1910 they set up Crossley Motors. This car dates from 1909 and is thought to be the sole survivor from the early era of Crossley production. Purchased with grant aid from the National Heritage Memorial and PRISM Funds.
