Toolbox from Harper Runabout three-wheeled vehicle, made by A. V. Roe & Co. Ltd. The toolbox is metal and painted blue, with a textile handle. The word 'HARPER' is painted in white on the lid. The toolbox has a sponge base and contains miscellaneous items including a textile pouch containing 6 small metal components, a circular metal component with thread, a metal screw component, a circular object ("Foliac PTFE pipe thread tape"), a roll of paper, a scrap of tissue, a valve component, a washer, a piece of paper and two spark plugs.
