Single-cylinder inclined gas engine, made by A. E. & H. Robinson & Co., Manchester, 1907. Serial number 2957. Hot tube ignition, power output ¾ horsepower.

A. E. & H. Robinson of Manchester made many thousands of these engines which were popular with small businesses. Engines like this were even used in chip shops to drive potato peeling and chipping machines.
