Watch movement with 'mock pendulum' by William Gib, Rotterdam, c. 1725. White enamel dial with arcaded minute ring, hands missing. Fusee movement with verge escapement. The balance cock is cut away to reveal a 'mock pendulum' - a small disc attached to the balance. Signed on backplate 'William Gib Rotterdam 1653'.
