Asta of the film 'The Thin Man' is here. A famous star arrived at Southampton yesterday, May 30. He is Asta, the rough haired fox terrier of 'The Thin Man' film fame. At £15,000 a year he is now at the height of his film career and has arrived in England to act with Gracie Fields in a film 'Piccadilly Circus' [Released as 'Keep Smiling']. In the film he will be known as 'Mr Smith'.
