Caption on back reads: Sir Laurence Olivier, the ever-popular actor, is to return to Stratford to appear in 'Coriolanus' in the play of that name by William Shakespeare, a part which he acted in London just prior to the last war. 'Coriolanus', produced by Peter Hall, is the fourth in a series of plays in the Shakespeare Memorial Theatre's 100th season, and opens on Tuesday, 7th July, 1959. This picture shows a close-up of Sir Laurence Olivier in the role of 'Coriolanus' during a recent rehearsal.
