The first of four black and white photographs entitled 'Ai-Todor; On the Tennis Court'. A group photograph including the Princes Alexandrovitch and un-specified members of the Salouvoff family on the tennis court at Ai-Todor. On the back row, pictured from left to right, stands a woman belonging to the Salouvoff family, an un-named General and H. H. Prince Demetri Alexandrovitch. In the middle row, sat in chairs from left to right, is a gentleman belonging to the Salouvoff family, H. I. H. The Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna, Miss Evseynova and H. H. Prince Rostislav Alexandrovitch. Sat on the ground in front, from left to right, is a gentleman belonging to the Salouvoff family (dressed in a sailors uniform), H. H. Prince Vasili Alexandrovitch and a young boy belonging to the Salouvoff family. Prince Vasili is holding a small black dog in his arms.

From page 14 of snapshot album number 21 compiled by Herbert Galloway Stewart, English tutor to the sons of Grand Duke Alexander and his wife Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna, sister of Tsar Nicholas II, between 1908 and 1917.
