The second of three black and white photographs taken during sporting activities in the Caucasus mountain area of Gagra (spelt 'Gagri' in the album). The photograph, entitled 'Tug of War', shows men pulling a large rope, the opposite team is not seen. Two of the men, with their backs to the camera, appear top be wearing religious dress. Taken by Herbert Galloway Stewart in March 1914.
