Silver gelatin print by the United Press International, titled "Limping Liz back at work", 29 January 1963. Printed caption on verso reads: "LONDON: Actress Elizabeth taylor pictured with French star Louis Jordan during the filming of a scene for her latest film "The V.I.P.'s" at M-G-M's Shepperton Studios near here today. Miss Taylor was back in front of the cameras after being laid up for almost a week after last week's minor operation at the London Clinic for a damaged cartilage in the knee joint. Still unable to walk without a cane, Miss Taylor's part today called for her to be filmed whilst seated. She stars in the film, directed by Anthony Asquith from an original script by Terence Rattigan, with her constant companion, Welsh actor Richard Burton."
