Homeopathic medicine chest of burr walnut. Chest with brass-hinged lid and brass mounted lock in front. Two drawers in front with sunk brass rectangular handles. Pin secures the drawers when inserted through front rim. Interior of chest has rack for 50 bottles, a well behind this and two compartments with ivory knobbed lids on either side of well. The top drawer has compartments for 12 bottles. The bottom drawer has compartments for 6 bottles as well as a central compartment with an ivory-knobbed lid.
