One photograph showing a lathe being used to remove surplus metal from the inside of a bell. Crop marks included. Caption on back reads: 'All the world is sending to England for bells. According to a famous firm of bell founders in Whitechapel, E, this is a peak year for bell foundries. The greatest carillons in the world have been made in this country and a carillon for Michigan University is now being made at Loughborough, Leicestershire.
