One photograph showing a steeplejack at work on a church spire. Caption on back reads: 'Forty four years old steeplejack Mr. L. Waterman of Ramuz Drive, Southend on Sea, works for a London firm of contractors. But since his work takes him all over the country - often far from hotels, he has been camping out wherever pssible, with his wife. All this year he has been in the West country, and this week he is completing the re-singling of a church spire - that of Kimbolton Parish Church, near Leominster, Herefordshire'.
