Collection of a selection of Dollonds negative sleeves

Collection of a selection of Dollonds negative sleeves, 1960s - 1970s. Each wallet contains a number of film negatives, and are all labelled on the exterior of the sleeve describing the subject, date, and camera used to take the image contained inside. The subjects are mostly various locations around the UK, as well as some described as "testing", presumably having been taken to try out a specific camera or technique. The sleeves are stored in alphabetical order, running from 350 - 428, with a smaller number which are not numbered or labelled. Also contained within the box is a negative album, containing a selection of negatives, mostly captioned as depicting "family", as well as various locations around the UK. The album also contains some paper handwritten inserts, including a list of the images contained within

Collection of glass plate negatives, some stored in brown paper envelopes with their subject handwritten on the exterior, depicting various subjects, mostly landscapes, cityscapes and rural scenes taken at various locations around the UK; 2 Kodak brand cardboard boxes containing photographic prints depicting towns, villages and historic buildings around the UK; 4 reels of cellulose acetate film depicting various subjects; and 4 reels of cellulose film stored in cardboard boxes, all with the name "Mr T L J Bentley" and "research" written on the exterior, three appear to be blank while the other depicts the "Kodak Safety FIlm logo".

Each wallet contains a number of film negatives, and the later half of the collection are labelled on the exterior of the wallet describing the subject, date, and camera used to take the images contained inside. They are stored in numerical order, running from 81 - 219.

Collection of 41 mounted exhibition black and white prints by T L J Bentley. The prints depict a variety of subjects, mostly landscapes, rural and coastal scenes, or views of towns and villages, with the majority having been taken in either Yorkshire, or Germany. Most of the prints have handwritten captions on their reverse, giving the subject and date, and also sometimes the camera or method used to take the image. Many of the prints are stamped on the reverse to show that they were hung in KWPS exhibitions during the 1930s and 1940s.
