A set of hand coloured magic lantern life model slides, entitled "Darby and Joan", 6 slides plus 4 duplicates (two examples of slide no. 1, one each of slides 3 and 6. Original set contained 7 slides, number 7 missing). Manufactured by Bamforth and Company, Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, 1899. From a collection of life model magic lantern slides, previously the lending library of Riley Brothers of Bradford.
