3.5 inch gauge model locomotive built by Geoff Cocking between 1988 and 1994. London Midland & Scottish Railway Black 5 4-6-0 type number 5460 based on Model Engineer design but with alterations and improvements by Mr Cocking. It won 2nd prize at the Midlands Model Engineering Exhibition in 1999. Finished in LMS lined black livery.

Inspired by a visit to a model engineering club in 1980, Geoff Cocking decided he wished to build a model steam locomotive capable of hauling passengers on a miniature gauge track. He set up a home workshop and made a small tank engine, but really wanted to make something larger. As a professional draughtsman he drew up a design for an LMS Black 5 locomotive based on an existing Model Engineer design but far more accurate but also with the ability to work very well. Model construction began in 1988 and continued to 1994, taking an approximate 2500 hours to complete. Capable of hauling 7 people, it was exhibited at the 1999 Midlands Model Engineering exhibition where it won 2nd prize.
