British textile manufacturer specialising in silk. Based in Spitalfields which was an already-established silk weaving neighbourhood. Established in 1870 by Benjamin Warner, a jacquard weaver. Warner and Sons wove fine silks which were supplied to royalty from around 1880, later including providing material for the coronation robes of Edward VII and Elizabeth II.
