1875 - the Yarrow and Headley partnership, set up at the Folly Wall, Poplar shipyard, dissolved, becoming Yarrow and Co. 1890 - built gunboats for the Zambesi and Shire rivers. 1892 - built two destroyers for the Royal Navy: Havock and Hornet. 1897 - incorporated as a limited company.
