1918 - qualified as a physician/doctor 1922 - took the Diploma in Medical Radiology and Electrology (D.M.R.E.). 1960 - made a Fellow of the B.M.A.. He practised in Wimbledon and combined this with his work as a consultant radiologist at Kingston, Nelson and Merton and Wimbledon Hospitals. During WW2 he was honorary secretary of the Kingston-on-Thames local medical war committee.
