[Portfolio of result traces, summaries of results, notes etc. re repetition by Boys of the 'Cavendish experiment' / C.V. Boys. 1891-1894. Comprise leaves of trace results numbered 1-5 (Sept-Oct 1892) and 10-24 (Aug 1893-Jan 1894), plus 7 other, unnumbered leaves dated 1891-2. With 10 separately clipped together sets of ms. notes, one of which includes letters from A.G. Greenhill (2) and J.H. Poynting (1), all of May 1894, and is prefaced by a 1-page 'History' of the experiment, a chronology chiefly (but briefly) covering 15 Sept 1892 to 13 Jan 1894. Several of the sets of notes make reference to specific numbered experiments as they appear on certain book pages, probably those of his three notebooks, inv. no. 2000-1186 (MS 443)]
